Beagle can configure program-specific questions, required photographs, inspection rules, and risk thresholds. Automated checks and AI-assisted analysis support the process, followed by human quality review before delivery.
Bring one current program, risk class, or coverage gap. We’ll show how a request moves through the platform and review a completed report.
We’ll review the workflow and determine whether Beagle fits the program.
Yes. Inspection questions, required photographs, and review standards are generated from your underwriting guidelines together with the policy and coverage information attached to the request. That configuration is per program, so different risk classes can carry different requirements and thresholds.
Every request is tracked in the Partner Portal from submission through delivery. The portal carries current status, the completed report, the photo library, questionnaire responses, underwriting recommendations, estimated repair costs, risk and hazard indicators, and an audit log of inspector communication. Completed reports can be delivered as white-labeled PDFs or shareable links.
Submissions run through automated checks and AI-assisted analysis for completeness and consistency, followed by human quality review before anything reaches you. Where evidence is missing or unclear, the inspection goes back for correction rather than being delivered incomplete.
